Mount of Olives

Here is the old city of Jerusalem taken from the Mount of Olives. The building with the gold top is called the Dome of The Rock. It's a Holy Muslim sight located on the Temple Mount. The above ground tombs you see in the foreground are Jewish graves located on the Mount of Olives. The Jews believe when the Messiah comes, the people buried here will be the first to enter heaven. Jesus entered Jerusalem for the first time on Palm Sunday and he walked right down the Mount of Olives past this cemetary.
