Bart: Did you put your bike on the dyno? I think the pipes sound great. Not too loud at idle so I can coast home without annoying anyone. Al's big radius pipes are about 20% louder. But they sound good. Both bikes set off car alarms though

They dyno'd the king first then put on the pipes, installed the EFI race tuner, and installed custom mapping... then of course dyno'd it again to see the changes.. Hey, gotta hot lead on the land... have been talking to greg about it... keep fingers crossed!! Ride SAFE STURGIS in AUGUST!

By the way... I agree on the sound... nice rumble at idle but a few quick revs... and car alarm city! Getting a few back fires every now and then plus a rattle sound coming out of the baffles... HD mechanic says normal for RINEHART... let me know if you get same sound.

I get the backfires on decel. They were worse but I changed the plugs and now it's not that bad. The guy Tony, who's pic is in the blog, has them on his Electra Glide he said he gets the same thing it's normal
