Asheville North Carolina

Sunday was a grueling day. It rained for 300 of the 400 miles we rode. We went to Nashville saw the sights Grand Ole Opry and the Country music hall of fame. We got caught in all sorts of traffic on I-40. Dead standstill for over an hour... twice. We pulled over and smoked a cigar.
Today, Monday, was a great day! We started out on the "Tail of the Dragon" This awesome road is 11 miles long and has 318 turns. Motorcyclists and car enthusiasts travel from all over the country to ride this road. Then we went to the Cherohala Skyway. This is a sixty mile road with all kinds of great riding and mountain views.
Tomorrow The Biltmore Estate! The largest house in the US. Built by Vanderbilt.
